The exceptional staff went above and beyond in assisting us during a medical emergency with our grandchild, and their kindness truly stood out. However, the room issue with a roach was quite off-putting and required a room change, which was promptly handled by the front desk. the hotel's dated facilities were balanced out by the spacious and comfortable rooms, convenient airport shuttle service, and lovely outdoor courtyard for relaxing. the hotel's location near the airport was ideal for an early morning departure. Despite the hotel's imperfections, the caring staff made our stay a pleasant one overall.
